Accreditation of CPD activities / programmes

For activities / programmes under Category I "Attendance at lecture / seminar / conference" or Category II "Post-graduate studies" NOT listed as “Pre-approved CPD Programmes” and “Accredited CPD programmes for 2023-2026 CPD cycle”; and NOT organised by an Accredited Programme Provider; accreditation by the Physiotherapists Board and appointed Programme Administrator is required for the granting of CPD points.

Please email the completed application form with relevant supporting documents to ptb.cpd@gmail.com for the responsible Programme Administrators to proceed.

如 課 程 ／ 活 動 屬 類 別 一 「 參 與 講 課 ／ 研 討 ／ 會 議 」 或 類 別 二 「 深 造 課 程 」 ， 但 沒 有 列 於 「 預 獲 核 准 持 續 專 業 發 展 課 程 ( 類 別 一 )」 或 「 強 制 性 持 續 專 業 發 展 計 劃 2023-2026 周 期 認 可 持 續 專 業 發 展 課 程 」， 而 且 非 由 認 可 提 供 持 續 專 業 發 展 課 程 ／ 活 動 機 構 舉 辦 ， 該 課 程 ／ 活 動 便 須 由 物 理 治 療 師 管 理 委 員 會 和 委 任 的 持 續 專 業 發 展 課 程 ／ 活 動 管 理 機 構 ( 機 構 名 單 載 於 此 網 頁 ) 進 行 評 審 ， 以 獲 取 持 續 專 業 發 展 學 分 。

如 欲 提 交 申 請 ， 請 把 已 填 妥 的 申 請 表 格 連 同 相 關 證 明 文 件 電 郵 至 ptb.cpd@gmail.com 。 你 的 申 請 和 資 料 將 轉 交 其 中 一 個 持 續 專 業 發 展 課 程 ／ 活 動 管 理 機 構 ， 以 供 該 機 構 處 理 和 考 慮 。
