認可持續專業發展活動

由2024年2月1日開始，如課程／活動屬類別一「參與講課／研討／會議」或類別二「深造課程」而且並非由認可提供課程／活動機構舉辦或沒有申請持續專業發展認可，該課程／活動便須由物理治療師管理委員會委任的持續專業發展課程／活動管理機構(見下列名單)進行評審，以獲取持續專業發展學分。

如欲提交申請，請把已填妥的申請表格連同相關證明文件電郵至 ptb.cpd@gmail.com。你的申請和資料將轉交其中一個持續專業發展課程／活動管理機構，以供該機構處理和考慮。

Accreditation of CPD activities / programmes

With effect from 1st February 2024, if an activity / programme under Category I “Attendance at lecture / seminar / conference” or Category II “Post-graduate studies” that is not organised by an Accredited Programme Provider (as listed below) or without CPD accreditation, it would require accreditation by a Programme Administrator (as listed below) appointed by the Physiotherapists Board in order to obtain CPD points.

For submitting application, please email the completed application form with relevant supporting documents to ptb.cpd@gmail.com. Your application and information will be passed to one of the Programme Administrators for its handling and consideration.
